This episode was inspired by my friend Ian!! His topic suggestion was: "The pressure we put on ourselves."
I'm sure we all know too well how it feels to be pressured by outside sources, and even worse the good old self imposed pressure.
In this episode I share my own experience on the topic and hope that you'll find comfort in knowing that your not alone in this area. I equally hope you end up feeling inspired to begin a practice, or continue honing in on a practice, that aims to release your pressure valve and in turn allows you to find a lot more joy in this earthly experience and all it has to offer :)
Note: I'm recording, editing, and publishing this dealio all by myself! And in the process I'm letting go of my self imposed pressure to be perfect!
