It was recently brought to my attention that my fear of others contempt for me is alive and well, and trying to steer me off course. That being said, THANK GOODNESS for my continued willingness to keep forging forward on my journey of recovery and self discovery, and for the gained insight that this recent reconnection with my fear is just another AFGO: Another F*&^%$# Growth Opportunity! LOL
In this episode I share about my recent fear based challenges and how I'm continuing to grow and flourish by looking for the ways fear can be my fuel! THANKS to my friend @bloomingastreasure that's how I'm choosing to look at fear from this point on ;) She recently suggested, on her Instagram page, that we ask ourselves these questions:
What fear is most alive for me right now? Where is fear living in my body? What does it have to teach me? How can I use it as fuel?
Those questions are opening my mind to exploring my fears and facing them, rather than running ;)
What does fear look like in YOUR life? Have you been struggling lately? Wanna hone in on your spiritual toolkit so as to be ready when fear comes a' knockin'?
